The Lean Mass (Advanced) set contains six components: HGH (Somatropin), a recombinant 191-amino-acid single-chain polypeptide (approx. 22.1 kDa) with two intramolecular disulfide bridges; IGF-1 LR3, a 83-residue analog of insulin-like growth factor 1 carrying an N-terminal 13-residue extension and an Arg3 substitution that modulate binding-protein affinity in vitro; PEG-MGF, a mechano-growth-factor C-terminal peptide analog conjugated to polyethylene glycol to increase hydrodynamic radius and reference-solution stability; BPC-157 + TB-500, a co-vialed pairing of the 15-residue pentadecapeptide BPC-157 (derived from a gastric protein partial sequence) and TB-500, a 17-residue synthetic fragment corresponding to the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4; MOTS-c, a 16-residue mitochondrial-derived peptide encoded within the 12S rRNA region; and Glutathione, the tripeptide gamma-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinyl-glycine (C10H17N3O6S, MW 307.32), included as a low-molecular-weight thiol reference standard.

Each component is presented as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in its own individually sealed vial, allowing independent reconstitution, weighing checks, and orthogonal analysis.
